Q: My HTC Windows mobile device does not work with the ADK-100 keyboard
A: If your HTC Windows device uses a Broadcom Bluetooth Stack (Windows Mobile 6.5 devices), then it will not be compatible. The new keyboard version releasing in next month will be compatible. As this is not a driver but a hardware upgrade, you cannot update current keyboard models to support Windows Mobile 6.5. Q: My Android phone does not work with the ADK-100 keyboard
A: If your Android device uses the OS version 2.1, then it will not be compatible, there is no driver yet for this model (i.e. HTC Desire). Adapt is targetting to support the new 2.2 version. It is not sure to date yet if 2.1 can be supported by our keyboard. Right now only the driver for Android 1.5 is released. If you have bought it in error (as our retail package is not update yet for the new Android OS) you can ofcourse return it to the shop where you bought it for a refund.
