Why does my Adapt 305 delay/lag on video playback?
You are not using the correct format of media files that are compatible with the Adapt 305. You will need to convert your video files to the correct format, by using any available Video Conversion software (freeware available online).
In order to check the correct video format please click on Downloads -> ‘Compatible Media Formats’

My Adapt 305 is not playing some media files I’ve uploaded

You may find by updating the Adapt 305 driver you will be able to playback more media files than before. Click on Downloads, and follow the CODEC instructions listed (you should download the driver and the instruction manual)

My Adapt 305 still doesn’t work with media files after I installed the CODEC update?

My AV Out device is not playing through the Adapt 305 projector
Some AV out devices have specific AV cables they need. Please first check you are using the correct AV cable that is compatible with your AV device. Also some AV devices, such as iPHONE and iPOD devices, need to have ‘AV OUT’ selected, in order for the media to be exported outside of the device.
